Jenny is so industrious! She works full time, has two toddlers, AND tried water bath canning! Amazing!
And we will be the recipient of her industriousness! Can't wait to get the lemon jam on my shelf! The real advantage of water bath canning is that it can be shelf stable for a year in your pantry. However, after you've opened the jar, it needs to be refrigerated -- which will be the case in my house! I can't wait to try that jam again!
