First, the blemish on the bridge of my nose is a little patch that my dermatologist just removed. It's always something!
Here's the links to the shoes I reviewed:
Love, Love the Hoka! The one other thing that I might mention is that the toe box is very wide, and thus, not completely attractive, to my mind. But it's perfect for my difficult feet, and at this point, unfortunately, I have to prioritize comfort!
Definitely related to this! I've tried all manner of shoes in my 73 years and have lately found that Orthofeet walking/running shoes work best for my wide toes. I used to wear Ecco and then Naot sandals but I was allergic to the leather dye and it made my feet itch, especially if they got sweaty. So now I have a cute pair of Orthofeet sandals that aren't leather. I wish they had better styling (same with Hoka!) beyond the athletic shoes. I'd like more of a loafer look to take to Europe this fall along with the walking shoes, but I may make do with some black tie shoes. https://www.orthofeet.com/products/kita-hands-free-shoe-gray (and they are hands free)
